The harbour of Caleta is also home to many yachts and boats, which offer local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop to the resort.
As well as numerous bars and restaurants Caleta also boasts a brand new shopping complex, a multi-screen cinema and a 10 pin bowling alley.
A new 18-hole championship golf course is located next to a national park. This golf course is second to none, and in 2004 held the Spanish open golf tournament. Hosting lush fairways and swaying palm trees the golf course offers both an interesting and challenging test for players of all abilities.
